The sensemaking methods we teach and evangelize provide our clients with tools to solve problems that are normally considered hard.
Some of the areas where our approaches have worked are:
Our approach to training is to put your data first. We believe nothing makes training more interesting than solving your own problems. Our five day courses deliver the core concepts in the first four days and on the fifth apply those concepts by working with your own data in order to solve existing problems.
This leads to greater retention of the course material by the participant who can see the direct link of the theory to their current workplace situation. Being able to return to work with a prototype to continue developing also brings value to the organisation.
